Molds can be found almost anywhere; they can grow on virtually any organic substance, as long as moisture and oxygen are present. There are molds that can grow on wood, paper, carpet, foods, and insulation. When excessive moisture accumulates in buildings or on building materials, mold growth will often occur, particularly if the moisture problem remains undiscovered or unaddressed. It is impossible to eliminate all mold and mold spores in the indoor environment. However, mold growth can be controlled indoors by controlling moisture indoors.

Mold growth in your home can lead to a variety of health issues. Molds will weaken the immune system. Various practices can be followed to mitigate mold issues, the most important of which is to reduce moisture levels that can facilitate mold growth. Removal of affected materials after the source of moisture has been reduced and/or eliminated may be necessary for remediation.

We do mold testing to identify what types of mold may be growing inside your home or office.

We charge a simple fee of $300.00 for a mold report on a bulk sample and 2 air samples. We submit the mold samples to a specialized lab and provide a detailed analysis of the different types of mold and/or bacteria (additional cost) and potential risks associated with the results.

Additional tests ranges for extra $50-100 depending on the type of test and additional reporting.
